We help franchisors achieve full compliance with the Saudi Franchise Law — issued by Royal Decree No. (M/22) dated 09/02/1441H — and its Implementing Regulations. We run the whole track: a regulatory assessment and gap analysis, preparing and reviewing the disclosure document and franchise agreement, certified Arabic legal translation, then registering the agreement and disclosure document with the Ministry of Commerce within the statutory window, with ongoing compliance support. Government registration fees are separate; we scope the work and fees precisely once we review your case.
