100%-owned foreign company formation (foreign branch)
An independent legal entity governed by Saudi regulations, extending the activity of an existing foreign company and operating directly in the Saudi market. Business Partner handles the whole path, from the MISA licence to the Commercial Registration and the registrations that follow, with experience in the formation rules and their fine details. Full 100% ownership is available to Premium Residency holders or to companies established outside the Kingdom with attested documents.

- Parent company's Commercial Registration, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi embassy
- Parent company's articles of association and bylaws, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi embassy
- Parent company's audited financial statements (latest financial year)
- Board resolution approving the opening of a branch/company in Saudi Arabia
- Attested power of attorney for the company's representative in Saudi Arabia
- Letter appointing the general manager of the branch in Saudi Arabia
