您将负责什么

• Support technicians and team leaders in your trade: cutting, assembly, sanding, priming, packing, loading, and site support.
• Handle materials safely — wood, steel, foam, fabric, print media — in the workshop and at event sites.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to 5S and HSE standards; always use PPE.
• Assist with load-in/load-out, transport, and on-site installation during event peaks.
• Follow instructions from team leaders precisely and flag issues early.

我们期待什么样的人

• Hands-on experience in at least one trade: carpentry, steel/welding, printing, foam, painting, electrical, installation & branding, warehouse, or logistics.
• Ability to work in a workshop environment — noise, dust, heat — and at event sites.
• Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and fast-paced work.
• Commitment to safety rules and team discipline; event-industry experience is a plus.
