您将负责什么

• Plan and schedule on-site execution; ensure components are pre-assembled and tested before dispatch.
• Supervise packing, loading, and securement of event assets for transit.
• Lead daily site operations, allocating tasks to fabricators, carpenters, and technicians.
• Enforce RAMS, PPE, and safe machinery handling on site; keep the site clean and organized (5S).
• Inspect installed work against design specifications and quality standards; liaise with project managers and site management.

我们期待什么样的人

• 5+ years in event production, theatrical scenic construction, or exhibition fabrication.
• Deep knowledge of carpentry, metalwork, rigging, AV, lighting, or scenic paint.
• Reads technical drawings, CAD files, and design specifications.
• H&S qualifications (IOSH, OSHA, IPAF, or PASMA) valued; strong leadership under pressure.
