Production Team Leader — Events Workshop
Hands-on leadership of the workshop floor across carpenters, welders, and painters — the daily link between project managers and fabrication.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and task the workshop team to meet tight event deadlines; run daily toolbox talks.
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and design briefs to guide fabrication.
- Coordinate workshop workflow to cut waste and downtime; support on-site load-in/out at peak times.
- Enforce HSE rules and 5S; inspect finished products before they leave the workshop.
- Manage raw-materials inventory and keep equipment (saws, welders, routers) in working order.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in scenic construction or exhibit fabrication in a high-paced workshop.
- Proven team leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
- Reads technical drawings; hands-on woodworking, metalworking, or scenic painting.
- Calm under pressure; ERP/Excel reporting a plus.
