Hands-on leadership of on-site installs: ship, assemble, and deliver fabricated event sets safely, on time, and to spec.

What you will do
- Plan and schedule on-site execution; ensure components are pre-assembled and tested before dispatch.
- Supervise packing, loading, and securement of event assets for transit.
- Lead daily site operations, allocating tasks to fabricators, carpenters, and technicians.
- Enforce RAMS, PPE, and safe machinery handling on site; keep the site clean and organized (5S).
- Inspect installed work against design specifications and quality standards; liaise with project managers and site management.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in event production, theatrical scenic construction, or exhibition fabrication.
- Deep knowledge of carpentry, metalwork, rigging, AV, lighting, or scenic paint.
- Reads technical drawings, CAD files, and design specifications.
- H&S qualifications (IOSH, OSHA, IPAF, or PASMA) valued; strong leadership under pressure.
