Factory / Plant Manager — Events Fabrication

What you will do

• Plan and manage day-to-day workshop operations and production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery for event setups.
• Oversee all fabrication teams — carpentry, metalwork and welding, printing, foam works, and painting — building custom, high-end scenic elements.
• Enforce quality standards and final inspections before dispatch to event venues.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate the workshop workforce; conduct performance reviews and manage staffing to workload.
• Enforce HSE protocols, maintain workshop machinery through preventative maintenance, and control materials inventory and budgets.
• Report workshop performance and production KPIs to senior management.

What we are looking for

• 15+ years in fabrication operations, with strong preference for the events industry.
• Proficiency reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD files; knowledge of printing, carpentry, steel fabrication, foam works, and finishing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proven team leadership under high pressure and tight event deadlines; bachelor's degree in production management or industrial engineering preferred.
