Ce que vous ferez

• Measure, cut, and sew large-scale fabric elements: event drapery, stage curtains, tablecloths, cushions, scenic props.
• Work with heavy-duty, sheer, vinyl, and specialty decor fabrics.
• Create custom patterns from sketches and blueprints; cut to exact dimensions.
• Perform upholstery and rapid repairs on furniture, pipe-and-drape, and props — in shop and on site.
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, sergers, and steamers; integrate fabric with wood and metal structures.

Ce que nous recherchons

• 5+ years as a tailor, seamstress, or scenic stitcher in theatrical drapery, upholstery, or production.
• Proficient on industrial machines: straight stitch, overlock, blind hem.
• Exceptional measuring and cutting precision.
• Stamina for long standing and heavy fabric rolls; fast under event deadlines.
