Ce que vous ferez
- Lead and task the steel fabrication team; run daily toolbox talks on status, safety, and goals.
- Read CAD drawings, blueprints, and engineering specs to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Cut, shape, weld, grind, and finish steel structures using MIG/TIG, grinders, and plasma cutters.
- Inspect components for structural integrity and safety compliance before dispatch.
- Coordinate with installation teams for seamless on-site fit; manage section materials and machinery upkeep.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 5+ years in metalwork for scenic construction or exhibit fabrication, reading technical drawings.
- Encadrement d'équipe confirmé et excellentes qualités de communication.
- Hands-on MIG/TIG welding and finishing expertise.
- Des bases en logiciels ERP/de gestion des stocks et en reporting Excel sont un plus.
