Ce que vous ferez
- Develop and manage production schedules based on factory capacity, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Review technical drawings with the design team to ensure production feasibility.
- Supervise, train, and mentor workshop staff across carpentry, metal fabrication, printing, foam, and painting.
- Manage materials, inventory, budgets, and cost estimates; reduce wastage.
- Enforce quality standards and HSE compliance; inspect final outputs before dispatch.
- Pre-plan and oversee on-site installation and dismantlement; report weekly to management.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 10+ years as a production manager in the events industry across carpentry, metalwork, printing, foam, and painting shops.
- Deep understanding of fabrication techniques and material sourcing.
- MS Office required; CAD or ERP experience preferred.
- Strong team management; bachelor's degree in engineering or production management preferred.
