Ce que vous ferez
- Translate project schedules into daily production plans across all workshop sections.
- Define fabrication methods, routings, and time estimates from shop drawings.
- Track output, bottlenecks, and material usage; drive waste and downtime reduction.
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and the workshop floor.
- Support costing and post-project reconciliation with real production data.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 5+ years in production or industrial engineering, preferably custom fabrication or events.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or production engineering.
- Solid grasp of carpentry, steel, printing, foam, and finishing processes.
- Strong Excel/ERP skills; CAD literacy preferred.
