Ce que vous ferez
- Develop and run a preventative maintenance program for CNC routers, welders, saws, and pneumatic tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain the facility: lighting, HVAC, electrical, and compressed air systems; manage expansion projects.
- Lead maintenance technicians; manage external contractors and spare-parts inventory.
- Track work in a CMMS and manage the annual maintenance budget; enforce safety standards.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance management, preferably custom fabrication.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems knowledge.
- Direct experience with CNC routers, laser cutters, woodworking and metalworking equipment.
- CMMS proficiency; bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering.
