Ce que vous ferez
- Conduct site surveys, plan load-in/load-out logistics, and verify structural requirements.
- Direct installations to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards; troubleshoot site obstacles in real time.
- Supervise internal installation crews and subcontractors; enforce safety protocols and PPE.
- Act as primary contact for clients, project managers, and venue staff during installation.
- Coordinate with the workshop so fabricated items are ready, packed, and shipped correctly.
- Prepare daily progress reports, snag lists, and post-installation documentation.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 10+ years as installation manager in events, scenery construction, or exhibition fabrication.
- Reads technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files; strong knowledge of carpentry, metal fabrication, branding works, and painting.
- Proven leadership of teams and subcontractors in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with material handling, transport, and site logistics; MS Office, with MS Project or AutoCAD a plus.
