Ce que vous ferez
- Carve and sculpt foam into 3D models using 3D robots, hot wire cutters, rasps, rotary tools, and hand saws.
- Translate drawings, 3D models, and sketches into accurately scaled physical props.
- Assemble foam blocks into large-scale structures with transport-ready structural integrity.
- Apply fine detailing and textures (wood grain, stone, character features).
- Apply hard coatings (polyurea, epoxy, sand-coat) for indoor/outdoor durability; maintain specialized tools.
Ce que nous recherchons
- 5+ years of professional foam sculpting, prop-making, or scenic art, ideally in events or film.
- Expert hand-carving plus 3D robot and hot-wire operation.
- Exceptional 3D visualization from 2D drawings or CAD data.
- Strong sense of form, texture, and proportion; scenic painting proficiency.
